Sphingobacteria vs. Sphingobacteria (phylum)?

[edit]

Is there a reason that this article is not at Sphingobacteria? I realise that Sphingobacteriia is different, but I don't see any other articles titled "Sphingobacteria." Nessie (talk) 14:50, 3 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sphingobacteria is the name used by cavalier smith, who considers it a phylum. However, FCB group is more accurate as it’s a super phylum. But this can’t be moved to FCB group because it exists as a redirect. Please solve this. Thanks! Interested inTaxonomy (talk) 00:21, 20 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
