COI note

I noticed the request for attention on Wikiproject Business and gave the article a rough trim. Here's my rationale on the article overall:

• There is too little information about the company's history, which is what is most important to us
• There are far too many primary sources, instead of secondary sources
• There was a lot of information about individual executives and staffing, which isn't something we normally include
• A company's notable works is something we include, but we are careful to be selective about those that are included
• Awards is something we do include, but we are careful only to include those that are significant.

COI

As noted in the article linked to above, it's rather obvious that @WaverlyW: is a single purpose account with a conflict of interest here. We desperately need some neutral editors to have a look at this. Panyd^{The muffin is not subtle} 10:48, 17 May 2016 (UTC)

Stake percentage

Currently, the article's History section says:

• "In July 2013, William Morris Endeavor announced a significant minority investment in Droga5. According to The New York Times, "executives from both companies said the partnership would allow them to create more brand-supported content by combining their significant advertising and entertainment resources.""

The New York Times article already used as an inline citation says, "W.M.E., which is based in Beverly Hills and headed by Ari Emanuel and Patrick Whitesell, will acquire a 49 percent stake in the creative agency, which is led by David Droga."

Suggestion: I propose updating the sentence to clarify that the "significant minority investment" is specifically a 49 percent stake. If editors would prefer to use a post-transaction source, this New York Times article says, "In 2013, the talent agency William Morris Endeavor acquired a 49 percent stake in Droga5, which had also drawn attention from many of the industry’s biggest ad holding companies."

If editors think this is a helpful detail, I'd appreciate an update to the article on my behalf.

Accenture Song

I'd like to suggest another improvement for this article. Currently, the History section says, "The sale of Droga5 to Accenture Interactive was announced in April 2019. WME Dragon Holdings LLC agreed on March 29, 2019, to sell its 49 percent interest to Accenture Interactive for $233 million. This assumed a value of $242.5 million for the 51 percent share owned by David5, LLC, identified in the Endeavor Group Holdings IPO filing as the majority owner."

However, the Infobox mentions "Accenture Song", which might be confusing to readers.

I'd like to suggest updating the article to note that Droga5 is now owned by Accenture Song. This Digiday article says, "Accenture Song remains the owner of Droga5 and a host of other creative shops".

Office locations

Next, I'd like to address Droga5's office locations. I see that the article currently mentions office locations in Sydney, London, New York, and Tokyo. However, some office locations are not mentioned, so I'd like to suggest an update to the article. This Adweek source says, "Droga5 has offices in New York, Tokyo, São Paolo, Dublin, London, Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland." Therefore, I suggest updating the article to add mention of these missing locations.

More specifically, I suggest the following text update:

• Droga5 also has offices in Auckland, Dublin, Melbourne, and São Paolo.

Agency of the Decade, Agency of the Year

I'd like to offer another text suggestion, focused on recognition from Ad Age and Adweek:

• Droga5 was named "Agency of the Decade" by Adweek in 2019 and Ad Age in 2020. Droga5 was named "Agency of the Year" by Ad Age in 2007 and 2016, and by Adweek in 2012, 2014, and 2016.

There are other instances in which specific divisions have received similar recognition, but I have limited this overview to the recognition applicable to Droga5 as a whole. I believe the proposed content is accurate, brief, neutral, and based on reliable sources. Again, I generally avoid editing the main space and ask editors to update the article appropriately.

The "notable campaigns" subsection

I feel like this section is starting to turn into a client list, and show-and-tell section. I think some of them could be discussed in prose, but a dedicated section with a list format may not be encyclopedic. @Ganesha811:, you've responded to some requests in this article. Suspected undisclosed paid company controlled content manipulation

I am seeing a handful of WP:SPA without connected contributor disclosures with contributions strictly dedicated to Droga5 and David Droga.
