Muse
[edit]is it worth adding Muse to the cast list now that he's been revealed to be played by Hunter Doohan? Visokor (talk) 20:32, 2 April 2025 (UTC)
- He is listed at Daredevil: Born Again season 1. This article just has the main cast from the opening credits, guest stars are listed at the relevant season articles. - adamstom97 (talk) 20:42, 2 April 2025 (UTC)
White Tiger?
[edit]Just asking, for Daredevil Born Again is it okay if I put (season 1) next to Kamar de los Reyes's character as 1) the actor's dead, and 2) the character is also dead as well. As far as we know the actor didn't film any more scenes as Hector / White Tiger after season 1 because he's dead, so the only scenes they'll use are archive footage. HiGuys69420 (talk) 16:21, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- As I said at my talk page, I personally am not a fan of listing seasons in the cast list like this. We also never did this for the old Marvel Television series like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the original Daredevil series. - adamstom97 (talk) 17:56, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- I suppose so... but in the 9-1-1 article Bobby has (seasons 1-8) around his name. HiGuys69420 (talk) 19:35, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- That series doesn't have anything to do with this one. WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. - adamstom97 (talk) 19:53, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- I mean u did say "you should ask at the article's talk page" on your talk page first so let's leave this be until someone else comments. HiGuys69420 (talk) 20:13, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- Just because other TV articles do something, that does not mean every article ought to follow suit. I agree with Adam on remaining consistent with what the Daredevil cast lists have done and have also not found these parentheses additions useful in the Cast section because it just adds an unnecessary indicator that is already covered by prose text and does not add to the character descriptions. Sometimes a lot of characters only appear in one season and noting which one would be excessive. Trailblazer101 (talk) 22:49, 17 May 2025 (UTC)

- This article is about
season 1 ofDaredevil: Born Again, it has nothing to do with a deceased actor of a character. This is not the article of the deceased actor. — YoungForever(talk) 23:07, 17 May 2025 (UTC)- Ok so now we have a consensus. I will add an invis note explaining not to put the parantheses HiGuys69420 (talk) 23:19, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- That is not necessary because no one else has been trying to insert those, as far as I am aware. Also, this article is for the series overall. If a reader is looking for who is in which particular season, that is what the season articles are for. There is no need to specify the season appearances in this parent article or to speculate about the actor's potential appearances. Trailblazer101 (talk) 23:23, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- NVM forget that HiGuys69420 (talk) 23:30, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- I know it is a series article, it is a typo. No need to correct me in less than 30 minutes. Absolutely unnecessary to explain what is the series article and season article to me, I know the differences as I am a veteran TV editor. — YoungForever(talk) 23:49, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
- Jeez, no need to be hasty. I didn't know you didn't mean to type that. Remember, WP:Assume good faith. I don't keep tabs on every editor... Trailblazer101 (talk) 23:56, 17 May 2025 (UTC)

Political fiction
[edit]I made recent edits to Born Again, which is more political than most shows, including the fact that Kingpin is an allegory for Donald Trump. For some reason these edits have been reverted for "Unsourced and poor additions" reasons. My response, which is justified, is that it is indeed sourced through those Notes and references "FiskEchoPostCredits", S1PremiseEPs", and "BlakeDoG". I don't agree with the idea that comics are always political, but Daredevil is close enough. And therefore is relevant. Even though this was touched upon in the Season 1 article, there is no reason why this shouldn't be included. 2601:902:C002:D4D0:A60C:26BC:690A:1B5F (talk) 18:33, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
- You must provide sources to support the fact that people consider "political fiction" to be a defining genre for the series. You thinking it is "more political than most shows" doesn't count. - adamstom97 (talk) 18:36, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
Speaking with Variety, D’Onofrio breaks down Kingpin’s bloody moment in the finale, his ultimate political goals and how the popular “Daredevil” comic storyline “Shadowland” may influence Season 2. https://variety.com/2025/tv/news/daredevil-finale-kingpin-punisher-shadowland-season-2-1236366194/
Kingpin makes a run for political office in the new trailer for the upcoming Disney+ superhero revival. https://ew.com/daredevil-born-again-trailer-exclusive-vincent-donofrio-teases-mayor-fisk-8774644
Just for starters. 2601:902:C002:D4D0:A60C:26BC:690A:1B5F (talk) 18:41, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
- Those do not "support the fact that people consider 'political fiction' to be a defining genre for the series." - adamstom97 (talk) 19:39, 11 July 2025 (UTC)
Archive footage
[edit]Hi. I really think there should be a mention for the fact of the usage of Neflix's series archive footage as flashbacks in the Disney's series. It was very prominent today with showing Skylar Gaertner, a kid that grown up a lot since than, so it coudn't possibly be anything filmed now. IKhitron (talk) 14:22, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- That's most appropriate for the season 2 article. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 15:39, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
