Population counts

Someone has edited in an unreliable source for population count and marked it as the 2026 census (of which there is none), showing the total estimated population of the island.

Official numbers only go to 2025 (provisonally, at that), and only cover the area controlled by RoC: https://www.cystat.gov.cy/en/SubthemeStatistics?id=46

I'll proceed to:

- Drop the 2026 census claim, which is just false

- Add two separate numbers to the infobox as the one for RoC-controlled-areas and the island total.

If you choose to later drop the island total, please consider putting a note to clarify which number this represents, as RoC does consider the entire island its territory, so there can be a good argument for using both full-island and roc-controlled-area numbers, as such leading to potential confusion by readers.
