Pitbull like and wolf like breeds

Clarified attribution and added peer-reviewed sources to balance advocacy

I updated the lead section to correct a sourcing issue and clean up the attribution. The sentence claiming the effectiveness of breed-specific legislation is "disputed" was sourced to Dana Campbell's 2009 GP-Solo article, which relies heavily on material from the National Canine Research Council, a pit bull advocacy group. That position was being presented in Wikipedia’s voice, without attribution or balance, which isn’t in line with WP:NPOV or WP:RS.

I rephrased it to clearly attribute that stance to advocacy groups and added two peer-reviewed studies that support the opposite view:

Bini et al. (2011) in Annals of Surgery showed pit bulls were disproportionately involved in severe and fatal maulings. Raghavan et al. (2013) in Injury Prevention found a statistically significant reduction in dog bite hospitalizations following Winnipeg’s BSL implementation.
