I am neither an unregistered nor a new user. Why are my edits suddenly subject to review? This is ridiculous.

Citations for being one of the best strikers in the world.

There are sources provided for this, they're just in the "Style of Play" section. Per WP:LEADCITE, it's best to avoid having sources in the lead - though if someone challenges the claim then they can be added. On "best strikers in the world"

I notice the statement of Isak being considered among the best strikers in the world has been removed and restored twice.
In my opinion, the inclusion in the lead is justified; considering he's listed in the top five in all three sources, he's clearly considered as such. It's also in line with other player articles - while most of the best strikers (Erling Haaland, Robert Lewandowski, Ousmane Dembele) list them as among the best players (fair enough), players considered the best in other positions (Declan Rice, Achraf Hakimi, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Joško Gvardiol for just a few) have this "regarded as one of the best [position] in the world" statement along with sources on a similar level to this.
I didn't add this claim myself (beyond just moving sourcing and the claim to the body, before restoring sources where challenged per WP:LEADCITE), but I do think it should stay. Open to discussion on this, of course. — ser! ^{(chat to me - see my edits)} 13:17, 2 September 2025 (UTC)

Isak is currently not regarded as one of the best strikers in the world and has scored just 1 time this season since his £125 million move to Liverpool FC from Newcastle United in the summer of 2025. I suggest this note is removed from his page.
