Garnachas (alternatively Garnaches) is a traditional Guatemalan dish composed of fried corn tortillas topped with refried beans, shredded cabbage, cheese, and other garnishes.[1] Aside from Guatemala, Garnaches are especially popular in the Mexican states of Veracruz and Oaxaca.
