Edit request: Independent sources and revised draft

I am the original contributor to this draft and have a disclosed conflict of interest as an affiliate of RackBank Datacenters Pvt. Ltd. Per WP:COIEDIT, I am proposing changes here for review by uninvolved editors rather than editing directly.

The draft was declined on 24 July 2026 for tone and insufficient independent sourcing. I would like to propose replacing the current draft with a shorter, encyclopedic version supported by the following independent editorial coverage:

The company announced an investment of ₹1,000 crore in the first phase. The facility was inaugurated by Chief Minister [[Vishnu Deo Sai]] on 6 May 2025.
