COI and paid-contribution disclosure

I am an employee of PlanHub, Inc. and created Draft:PlanHub (preconstruction platform) as part of my work for the company. PlanHub is both my employer and the organization on whose behalf I am contributing. I therefore have a conflict of interest, and these contributions are subject to Wikipedia's paid-contribution disclosure requirements.

I am using the Articles for Creation process rather than publishing the article directly in article space. I used AI assistance to organize research and draft language, but I personally reviewed each cited claim against its source and edited the draft before posting it.

I welcome independent review of the draft's sourcing, neutrality and notability.

For ease of review, the draft uses the following sources for the following limited purposes:

• Refresh Miami for PlanHub's West Palm Beach location, its business model, its bootstrapped status before outside investment, and the US$41 million Mainsail Partners investment in 2020.
• Leonard, VINCI's innovation platform, as a supplementary description of PlanHub's preconstruction marketplace and the types of construction businesses that use it.

This update supersedes my earlier source summary and reflects the substantial revisions made after the AfC decline.

Following the AfC decline, I revised the draft and added additional published coverage of PlanHub.

The principal sources providing substantive coverage are:

• WPTV — a bylined regional television-news report discussing the problem that led to PlanHub's development, the company's business model, the operation of its bidding marketplace, its executives and its planned expansion of the West Palm Beach workforce.
• Contractor Magazine — a bylined article reviewing PlanHub's bidding software. It devotes several paragraphs to PlanHub's project-discovery workflow, plan-room and RFI functions, subscription model, blueprint-search and bid-management tools, and integrations with other construction software.
