Article is full of grammatical and formatting errors, has very lackluster sources, contains some promotional language, relies excessively on a single primary source, and most importantly, is about a project that has seemingly never gotten off the ground. Planners have broken promises for the past 10+ years, and the hypothetical development isn't really even in the news anymore. I don't think this passes the bar for notability as a dedicated Wiki article.
Maybe some of it can go in the History section of a Melkbos-related article, if that's even worth it. Regardless, I think it should be deleted. And if it is not, it requires major cleanup. Husskeyy (talk) 07:18, 29 July 2026 (UTC)
