- Simply asserting that pages of the form [nomen cognomen] should not be disambiguation pages is not a particularly compelling reason for deletion. Why not? This isn't even the only such page – there's also e.g. Caecilius Metellus (and where there's a primary topic for the nomen/cognomen pair, we get pages like Scipio Africanus (disambiguation).)
