Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the company offers a platform through which members arrange repayment plans for healthcare costs. Its customers include employers, health plans, and brokers. [1]

In 2025, the company introduced TempoPay Rx, a financing product intended to help individuals pay for prescription medications, which it positioned as a response to cost-related medication non-adherence. [6]
