This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that indicates that you actively participate in WikiProject Bihar.
To join WikiProject Bihar, add your username to Wikipedia:WikiProject Bihar#Participants.

Use

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Bihar}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user participates in
WikiProject Bihar.

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Bihar|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user invites you to join
WikiProject Bihar.

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:

• Category:WikiProject Bihar participants
• Category:Wikipedians interested in Bihar

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
