Usage
[edit]This template can be used to link to pages on BBC Online. It should appear in the External links section.
For programmes please use the {{BBC programme}} template.

The template has the following parameters:
| Parameter | Notes |
|---|---|
| id | Portion after the domain name, for example, 'aboutthebbc' will link to https://www.bbc.co.uk/aboutthebbc |
| title | Page title, for example, the link above has the title 'About the BBC' (include the appropriate formatting for programme or episode names if required) |
| description | Additional description, placed immediately after the title. |
| archive | Optional archive link, only for when the URL and/or its subpages are dead. Insert the timestamp from the Wayback Machine's URL (e.g., 20260623065129 for this link) |
