Merge "Long slow distance" with "Zone 2 training"?

After creating this article, I realized the article long slow distance (LSD) already existed and even mentioned Zone 2 training at one point. I do believe they are different concepts, and that the LSD article is more targeted towards running rather than general endurance sports. Should we:

Merge the two articles
Keep the two articles separated

It is definitely clear though that both articles need to be extended and improved. The current status of Zone 2 training article is a stub, like I marked it when creating it, and the other seems to specific and does not seem to really cover the long slow distance concept well enough.
