Supported languages
[edit]It seems like Vietnamese needs the combining diacritics to be supported. Not sure what the current rather lengthy list is supposed to represent as it lists some under "with combining diacritics".
More useful information would be something like "Vietnamese plus all languages supported by CP1252 except ..." unless the CP1252 list is shorter than the number of exceptions, in which case just list those. Languages that can be done in both this and CP1252 but using a different encoding should NOT be listed, and languages that happen to work with those diacritics should NOT be listed if they have their own encodings.
