Wilson Stadium → Wilson Ballpark – The official name of the newly built stadium seems to be "Wilson Ballpark", not "Wilson Stadium". See: , , , , , etc. NatureBoyMD (talk) 18:50, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
- Support as per nom. 162 etc. (talk) 19:44, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
- Comment I lean towards supporting now that the MiLB is referring to the stadium as "Wilson Ballpark" (which wasn't the case until recently), but the majority of sources in the article still support the "Wilson Stadium" name (just the recently added citation 2 and citation 3 refer to it as ballpark). WP:COMMONNAME is my only concern: what do you think @NatureBoyMD? If you think this isn't a concern I support the move. Cheers! Johnson524 23:00, 23 April 2026 (UTC)
- Seeing as the team, MLB, MILB, the city, and the local paper are calling is “Wilson Ballpark”, that appears to be the name they’ve settled on (until they inevitably sell the corporate naming rights). References can easily be added. NatureBoyMD (talk) 00:45, 24 April 2026 (UTC)
- Support: well-put argument, cheers! Johnson524 01:19, 24 April 2026 (UTC)

- Comment @NatureBoyMD Typically one should wait until the name change has been approved before updating other articles that link to the base article, such as the change that you made to List of professional sports teams in the United States and Canada per this edit. - Correct. I updated those links after I moved the article and before my move was reverted and this requested move became necessary. NatureBoyMD (talk) 02:06, 24 April 2026 (UTC)
- Then please self-revert the other articles too. Assadzadeh (talk) 02:16, 24 April 2026 (UTC)
