The article states, 'He [Morris] composed the SL's manifesto with Bax, describing their position as that of "Revolutionary International Socialism", advocating proletarian internationalism and world revolution while rejecting the concept of socialism in one country.'
This doesn't make any sense. The theory of socialism in one country developed after the October Revolution, in particular due to the failures of revolutions in Western Europe.
Lenin and others really thought the capitalist dominoes would start falling after the fall of the Russian Empire. "Socialism in One Country" was a pragmatic foreign policy where the Russians would not try to spread communism through Europe immediately after the First World War. I see Jane Morris being mentioned only as a caption to an image in the Personal Life section, but nothing is said of their life, marriage, or anything together. Seems like a pretty big miss. Every modern celebrity's relationships are listed under Personal Life on Wiki, if they are known. 2601:5CB:4000:5620:FDD4:9E43:D4E2:2E4A (talk) 14:49, 15 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

I don't understand the significance of Morris' poetry on Victorian literature from the introduction. Did someone write this to say "by the way, this otherwise important person became a published author" as trivia, or did it leave a serious legacy?
