The word in "Anatomy" is taut, not "taught." 103.192.194.32 (talk) 09:54, 7 November 2024 (UTC)Reply

The use of "elbow is unflexed" confusing.

[edit]

The image of the extended arm shows an elbow in extension (per https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flexion). Saying it is "unflexed" is essentially a double negative, but also conflates the domain specific usage of joint positioning and muscle contraction. ("in flexion" vs a "flexed muscle"). Joints aren't flexed, they are "in flexion". Clarity can be provided by changing the description to say the "elbow in extension", or even just "straight arm".

For your consideration and action.  Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.98.222.22 (talk) 15:44, 30 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
