Is this electronic literature????

This page was flagged in WP:ELIT. I have reviewed Wattpad and I do not see a relationship between these stories and electronic literature. These stories could have been printed out on paper and still have the same meaning. They do not rely on extrinsic elements (sound, imagery, navigation) as an intrinsic part of the meaning.
