Clearly does not meet criteria. Article was reviewed by a now-blocked user. Plenty of unreferenced paragraphs. Structure needs work; "Public positions" section especially; plenty of miscellaneous information could go here. It needs to be organized with more general section headings. The entire article looks the same from when I last set foot here and made it look far better than the way it was before, with at least a few dozen bullet points, and it still is a long way to go for a GA.
