sometime within the past few years, WCJB has had a HUGE drop off in production values. The newscast is full of technical diffuclties, and the newsroom set and picture quality look worse than a high school TV production class. This wasn't always the case. The decrease in station quality is likely due to a decrease in the quality of leadership. The news director and general manager do not seem to have the right priorities. Staff turnover is embarrassing due to unreasonably low pay and poor, unfair treatment of employees by management. The new set (seen as of April, 2009) was built by station engineers and was a big improvement from the previous and temporary set. A new interview set was completed after the main set, however station employees avoid or refuse to use it due to its appearance. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.185.104.136 (talk) 21:22, 31 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
