The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. The articles Von Steuben Day and German-American Steuben Parade both discuss the same topic: parades held in US cities celebrating Baron Friedrich von Steuben. I propose that these articles should be merged. I prefer "Von Steuben Day" for the merged article because it seems that "German-American Steuben Parade" is the name of the New York City parade only.
