This article is very poor. Confusing, not to the point, not great writing, and possibly confused (e.g., including virtual supply and demand in security-constrained economic dispatch is precisely part of the point of the process--i.e., it is not strictly separated). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.202.91.3 (talk) 23:52, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
