Biased writing

Description of suggested change: This article needs proper citations and a grammatical clean up. It seems to be lacking citations for large parts, if there is no citations for the information provided I suggest the information be removed from the article.

Could you please fix the years of service field in the infobox? It currently shows 1989–present, but according to the article he enlisted in 1987 and retired in 2026, so it should be updated to 1987–2026.
