I have been contacted off-wiki by the subject's secretary, who confirms the statement in a recent IP edit that he would like to change the page title to "Tim Palmer (physicist)". This seems reasonable to me, as he is basically a climate physicist, not a meteorologist. Unless I hear opinions to the contrary I will make this move in a few days time.
