Are you sure? Beet sugar is referring to the refined product, not the plant. i.e. like cane sugar and sugar cane are different things (and cane sugar redirects here). Sucrose#Production would seem like a better target to me, with an explanation that they are chemically identical regardless of the source. SmartSE (talk) 09:40, 13 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
