This article is all about Scottish law. But DPP v Armstrong was an appeal from a case in Birmingham decided by a deputy stipendiary magistrate, so clearly they are not unique to Scotland. Hairy Dude (talk) 13:55, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
