I've read the deletion discussion and added a couple of refs. I do think notability is a bit marginal, but there is probably some more that could be dug up from newspapers or memoirs. I wonder whether the article title should be John Stephens Orr; he seems also to have used Stephens-Orr. Tacyarg (talk) 11:32, 19 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
