I don't see how "Its troops were also used during the natural disasters as the 1998 ice storm in Quebec and the 1998 Winnipeg Flood" if the service was disbanded in 1995. Can anyone clarify this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.224.146.191 (talk) 04:06, 10 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
