The following information is available publicly, but should be corroborated by better sources than Facebook and obituaries: Sarah Chihaya grew up in Hudson, Ohio. She is the daughter of Masaharu Francis (Frank) Chihaya (1944-2024) and Julie Chihaya (still living). She has a brother.
