Just to not even take the risk of being out of line with Wikipedia:Harassment#Posting of personal information (even though in my opinion it was not) I have removed a link that I had added to this page a few minutes ago, and I will just point out the pronoun "We" above. I don't think it's any secret that Sara Schulte is a paid PR agent for the article subject. In itself that would not be a problem were policies (eg WP:N, WP:V, WP:NPOV, etc.) followed. -- samj _in^out 14:49, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

In fact editors are specifically discouraged from editing articles for which they have a CoI, see WP:COI and specifically WP:FINANCIALCOI. 24.130.189.187 (talk) 01:21, 30 June 2015 (UTC)

Removed Buzzword Tag

Hi, I work on SAP's Global Communications team supporting SAP SuccessFactors.   I noticed some outdated or missing information on this page and would like to propose a few factual updates based on publicly available sources. I understand Wikipedia’s conflict of interest guidelines and am sharing this here on the Talk page to ensure transparency.

Requested update: Lead section

Current text: SAP SuccessFactors is an American multinational company headquartered in South San Francisco, California, providing cloud-based software for human capital management using the software as a service (SaaS) model and subsidiary of German multinational software company SAP.

Proposed text: SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software suite provided by SAP SE. It includes applications used by enterprises and organizations to manage core human resources (HR), talent management, and workforce analytics. Originally founded as SuccessFactors in 2001, the business was acquired by SAP in 2012 and is now part of SAP’s cloud software portfolio.

In 2025, SAP acquired SmartRecruiters, an enterprise recruiting platform. In March 2026, SAP announced the integration of SmartRecruiters with SAP SuccessFactors, connecting recruiting processes with core HR and talent management functions.
