"Dummy"

[edit]

I am not sure "dummy" is the correct term to use to describe the Saturn 500F. Inert, or non-flying may be more appropriate. The Saturn 500F was non-flying, and had engine mass simulators (concrete blocks, etc.), but had functional fuel tanks and was used to test propellant loading (wet dress rehearsal) and build the countdown documentation. Agreed. Removed the word from the article, it was simply a Saturn V used for Facility Testing. 4throck (talk) 12:42, 5 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Possible AI generated writing

[edit]

Concerns were raised previously via tag about AI-generated content in this article, which is prohibited per WP:NOLLM. This is a procedural talk page section to discuss it. There is no need to ping me in response. Read WP:AISIGNS for more information for why this is tagged; however, note that fixing the issue requires more than just changing the superficial signs.

Details: This Nov 2024 content addition; note WP:AISIGNS in superficial analyses, undue emphasis on symbolism, etc Gnomingstuff (talk) 13:15, 5 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
