This hype-heavy article is written by someone who identifies as a friend of the subject, and whose use of "we" in that post makes it sound as though he may be working with the subject on the edits. --Nat Gertler (talk) 03:15, 21 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Refernce to Reagan

[edit]

According to this source:Solem L, Gear AJ (2005). "Richard F. Edlich, MD, PhD: recipient of Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Minnesota Medical Alumni Society". J Long Term Eff Med Implants. 15 (4): 401–14. PMID 16022650.

it says:

Working with Dr. David Boyd of the Department of Emergency Medical Services, Dr. Edlich devised the Emergency Medical that saved President Reagan’s life in 1981.

That sentence has this citation:

Date of medical school graduation error

[edit]

Article states that Edlich entered medical school at the early age of 18 but graduated from medical school in 1970 (at which date he would have been about 31 years old!) More likely he graduated in 1960 but I have no confirmation of that. Tedcpink (talk) 08:37, 21 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
