There's a set of new short articles articles, the topics of which are mostly covered here. So, I suggest a merge for short text, context and overlap. They would also solve the long-term problem of referencing here. So, there's at least Time-to-hire, Source of hire, Quality of hire and Cost per hire. Proposed External Link: recruitment cost and time-to-fill benchmark resource

[edit]

The "Source of hire" section currently has a [citation needed] tag, and the "Time-to-hire" section lacks a benchmark figure for the current U.S. private sector.

I'd like to propose adding the following to an External Links section:

Recruitment cost and time-to-fill comparison: LinkedIn vs. staffing agency] — practitioner analysis citing SHRM Talent Access Report (54-day average time to fill), CareerPlug 2024 data (180 applications per hire), and LinkedIn's published recruiter licensing costs ($8,999/year). Freely accessible.

Disclosure: I have a professional association with the publisher per WP:COI. Raising this on Talk rather than editing directly. Happy to hear feedback.
