Contradictory and out-of-date information

The second sentence of the lede claims "It is...the country's first steel skyscraper." This is nonsensical. Every modern high-rise built in Turkey was built with a steel superstructure. Under the heading "Construction work", the second sentence states "The tower's steel beams began assembly in 2006." This use of the passive voice is confusing, as it suggests that the steel beams themselves began their own assembly. The correct way to state this would be something like "Construction crews began assembling the tower's steel framework in 2006." (It's nonsensical to cite the beams of a high-rise separately from the vertical and diagonal frame members.) Having said that, this date is contradicted by the infobox, which states "Construction started 2011". The section goes on to state that "As of April 2012, the project is on hold." As I write this it is June of 2025. Has nothing happened on this project in the past 13 years?!
