Election night and PTAR

Given that election night results trickle in at 19.00 ET, when PTAR was in force, were there any exceptions or waivers that applied to such events? It would be good to include pertinent information on that. --31.205.11.70 (talk) 09:21, 20 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
