Hard to understand for laypeople
[edit]This page should be either rewritten so that laypeople can understand it (i.e. homebuyers) or have a section that is pertinent (and understandable) to homebuyers. This may help homebuyers understand the advantages/disadvantages of making a prepayment of a mortgage. Zylorian (talk) 20:32, 26 July 2008 (UTC)
