Can we please leave the rest of the first post-grunge artists on the post-grunge artist page that is before characteristics?

Can we please leave the rest of the first post-grunge artists on the post-grunge artist page that is before characteristics? It is only a few more being added. Post-grunge is alternative rock music that is grungy though polish. Grunge ended in 1996. Mad Season came out in 1995 and they are grunge artists after 1992 people like to call post-grunge even though they are not polish or even mainstream. I want people to see all the first post-grunge artists down easier. Very early post-grunge is too overshadow by later post-grunge. BlueCheerfan (talk) 05:14, 18 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Music#Lists says "Music genre articles should not contain lists of performers." Don't insert lists of artists.
In general, we should only be adding information that can help the reader understand the topic. If a band is added, they should be described briefly and placed in context, citing a published source. They should NOT be added without context. Binksternet (talk) 05:44, 18 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
