Disputed accuracy

This article seems to be inconsistent as to what compound it is talking about. The lead says it refers to Pu^VIIIO₄, parts of it refer to [Pu^VO₂]⁺[O₂]⁻, and some parts of it seems to match up with the little bit of research I've done on plutonium peroxide. This distinction is not made clear, and I personally don't think plutonium peroxide should be grouped in with molecular PuO₄ (the Pu^V and Pu^VIII compounds) on account of them having different compositions and structures.

I have removed uncited info, but the lack of distinction between Pu^VIIIO₄ and Pu^VO₄ is still outstanding.
