It is not a duplicate article: one article is about a business company, and the other article is about a person active in that company. The company was named after her. Both subjects are notable. I think it would be better to have one article about either Perrin or her company because the subjects largely overlap. Fr Wikipedia has fr:Veuve Perrin about the woman and ru Wikipedia has ru:Фаянс вдовы Перрен about the business, but apart from the lead sections the structure and content are similar.
