Title

Comtadin Jews would be clearer and is, I think, slightly more common in English. "Papal Jews" is what people say when they want to give a translation of the French juifs du pape, but they are usually defined in English in references to the Comtat, to distinguish them from the Jews of the Roman Ghetto.
