That sad photo

I live in Yucatán and I've never seen a panucho that looks like the one in the photo. The onion should be marinated, not raw, but more importantly that's just a flat machine-made tortilla smeared with brown bean paste. It's supposed to be puffed, fried, and filled with black bean paste. GA-RT-22 (talk) 14:19, 27 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
