Hi, I will be adding descriptions of the NhPR arguments regarding the habeas corpus rights to liberty and the grounds on which the courts made their decisions. This is so the reader understands the basis on which the current animal rights arguments are made. Also, I think we should simplify this section making in a smoother read and easier to go through for a non lawyer reader by taking out details such as dates when the specific dates when and where decisions where made and exactly on what date the petitions were refiled. Also the names of the judges who did not make the key decisions in these cases. Would other contributors agree? Rybkovich (talk) 21:04, 7 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
What I actually did was a briefly described the habeas corpus cases and results in the claims section, and then added more details to the the chimpanzee cases subsection. I kept all the dates, judges' names details. Rybkovich (talk) 06:26, 16 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
