Faulty link in Citation 1

The link in citation 1 is to https://www.as.arizona.edu/nircam , but this website returns a 504 gateway timeout. The same information is available at the link https://astro.arizona.edu/near-infrared-camera-nircam . The links should probably be swapped out, but I'm electing to make this a talk page topic instead since I can't be entirely certain what content is on the original page and I would like to avoid an incorrect citation.
