(19-20th century painter) to (painter, born 1848)

Would there be any objection to moving this article to Mario Spinetti (19th- and 20th-century painter) or better yet Mario Spinetti (painter, born 1848)? If we retain century, it should be hyphenated with 20th since it is a compound adjective before the noun painter. The second option looks better to me though. Mario Spinetti (19-20th century painter) would remain as a redirect to the new title. If there's a consensus, or at least no objection, I'll make the move in about a week. Thank you.
