6th Naphtha Cracker?

Is the 6th Naphtha Cracker the same as the Refinery? As it is, the article doesn't mention the Naphtha Cracker at all; but the Chinese (zh) version of this page is directly titled "6th Naphtha Cracker" ("第六套輕油裂解廠").
