Conflict of interest

[edit]

Is anyone concerned that a User "QMsocialmedia" created this biography about the former dean of a school that merged with Queen Mary University of London? (Get it? QM = Queen Mary). - 2601:B:BB80:E0:403B:83E4:9531:B3B0 (talk) 10:56, 19 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Confusion with another Lesley Rees.

[edit]

The link mentioning the death of a Prof Lesley Rees is for a completely different Professor Lesley Rees (a child kidney specialist at GOSH) , not the Endocrine Professor , who was at Barts . I have removed this until further facts can be verified. 147.147.85.163 (talk) 18:54, 5 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

[edit]

I find this page on the internet: https://www.malvernstjames.co.uk/ma100/professor-dame-lesley-rees/. It seems inconsistent with this wikipedia article, and, frankly, with about everything I ever knew of her (Under Personal Life, It could also be mentioned that she was born Lesley Howard and married Mr Gareth Rees, a consultant heart surgeon at Barts). Anyone able to shed any light on this? ~2026-16314-08 (talk) 23:06, 6 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
