Did Leo improve working conditions in his 20+ ?

Leo negotiated some 7 contracts and not one increased wages above 3%. He gave discounted wages to cable networks for years. These networks now run the industry. He passed on adding Producers & AFTRA members to the local 399. He never envisioned the advent of the digital evolution even though it was brought to his attention years before AFTRA wanted to join local 399. ~2026-12412-82 (talk) 22:31, 24 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
