errors in entry on Julius Weiss

The photograph on this page depicts Col. Robert W. Rodgers, the employer of Julius Weiss, not the music teacher himself. The photo is taken from Theodore Albrecht, "Julius Weiss: Scott Joplin's First Piano Teacher," College Music Symposium, Fall, 1979, Vol. 19, No. 2 (Fall, 1979), pp. 89-105 (photo is on p. 94)

No source is given for the information that Weiss was Jewish. Albrecht notes that another lodger in the same house was Jewish, but this does not provide definite evidence for Weiss's religion, nor does Albrecht draw this conclusion.
